The 11th German Vexillological Meeting took place at Potsdam on 12/13 October 2002.

Potsdam old town, 12 October morning

a weird flag spotted by some of us in Potsdam waving from a flagstaff atop a house: black-white-red with an enlarged white circle in the center; therein the Prussian eagle with the Brandenburg eagle as inescutcheon (historically, there never was such a flag).
